Kval SAFETY SCREEN is a simple, elegant solution for safety cages and enclosures. With a minimum of components, a strong, safe, cost effective barrier can quickly be assembled. This barrier will last for years providing a safer environment for your employees.
 

Main Components

Panels: The panels are constructed from 10 gauge galvanized wire welded on 2” centers and come in 30” and 60” widths. Panels can be cut smaller in 2” increments.

Corner Posts: This kit contains the post, all wire mesh panel mounting hardware, and concrete anchors. The posts are made of 2” square 6061-T6 extruded aluminum with T-slots on all for sides with a clear commercial anodized finish.

Gates: Sliding and hinged: These kits contain the door frame, mounting hardware, and an assembled door. Also included is a limit switch to detect if the door is open or closed.
 

Cross Bars: The Cross Bar is designed to add structural support around a Panel opening. Typical panel openings are for product insertion into the safety enclosure or trash removal from the safety enclosure.
 

All mounting brackets and attaching parts are made of 12 gauge sheet metal with a zinc finish.
 

All structural attaching bolts are 5/16-18 threaded studs with a reversible lock nut.
